SBV of the Week: Use Your Skills to Direct a Choir

Clark Retirement Community is a non-profit organization which provides many programs and services to its residents and has always relied on the strength of its volunteers to assist in providing programs for residents. With Clark, volunteers are needed to direct retirement community resident choir of about 15 -20 members.

This skill-based volunteer (SBV) opportunity is for individuals with some experience directing vocal choirs and a willingness to work with residents of varying skill and ability required, this opportunity may be for for you!

Qualifications:

Interest in community service and volunteering
Excellent interpersonal skills
Creative thinking
Sense of humor
Previous directing/vocal experience a plus

Time Frame:

Sept - May Choir rehearsal weekly at 10am Wednesday's.
Choir sings most Sunday's at 2:30 for 3pm worship service
