I am responsible for the continuous improvement of the products and process of the Eaton Aerospace Plant in Grand Rapids, Mi.

In addition I lead the plant's community involvment team who's mission is "To coordinate Eaton, Grand Rapids community oriented activities including funding raising, distribution, volunteering and alignment with corporate programs. The ultimate goal is involve every employee in a community related activity."
