The Open Book Project is an incorporated nonprofit organization providing Post secondary readiness programming to at-risk high school youth. Our organization offers educational after-school, summer and leadership programs.

Plans and directs all aspects of our organization's policies, objectives, and initiatives. Also is responsible for the short- and long-term profitability and growth of the company. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
