United Way’s 2-1-1 is a FREE information and referral service hotline available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to all Kent County residents.
2-1-1 call data provides a valuable resource for volunteers who wish to be aware of community needs and to focus their service efforts on the areas of greatest need.
